What does the future look like in the language industry?

On November 29, 2023, the AATC and Eurocom Translations Services hosted an industry talk at Eurocom’s office. A big thank you goes to Dragos Cioabani from the University of Vienna for his help in organizing the event. Over 60 students turned out – making it a great success. They had the opportunity to look behind the scenes and find out about the many different types of jobs available in the industry today. Students were able to talk to Eurocom employees as well as Trisha Kovacic-Young (Young Translations) and Alice Rabl (All Languages) from the AATC about the numerous career opportunities – from translation and project management to quality management, SEO, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, technical support, localization engineering and marketing and more. There were lots of interesting discussions!
